Hello: This TD 9 International Tractor was parked and covered up quite a few years ago prior to my purchasing it a couple months ago so its been quite a while since it ran. It was running when parked. I haven\'t started it. I towed it to get it loaded. The steering clutches and brakes feel and work good. It has a rear hydraulic pump and has never had a dozer on it. The engine turns over. Under carriage looks pretty good. The tractor looks to be fairly well complete and decent condition. I think with the right cleaning and some TLC it should be a runner.
