The written information on the back side states "Peter Sherrick, First Half 1800's- First Quarter 1900's" Liberty Township, Hancock County, Findlay, Ohio. The frame is wood with a gilded inside border, Front Glass and Wooded Back, it is a Beautiful frame and is worth the listed price alone of course there is some character wear and chipping as pictured being that this item is nearly 150 years old, there is no cracks in the glass.
