For your consideration, is this stunning antique Italian steamer trunk. The 12 interior drawers are covered & lined  in a beautiful blue silk with signs of little wear. See pics. The silk drape is still intact & and beautiful, considering it\'s over 100 years old. The top drawer has a lid & a lock was probably for jewelry. The locks will have to be replaced if you plan on locking them. The trunk is numbered, so this was most likely #1 of many owned by a wealthy family. I can only imagine the wonderful ocean liners this beautiful piece was on & the beautiful clothes it held. I could picture this in someone\'s bedroom, or many make bars out of them, which would be a shame due to the excellent craftsmanship that went into this piece. It would also make a great store display or a brochure holder in a travel agency. The uses are endless! Thanks for looking. I will consider hand delivery within 100 miles of 33309.
