AEG/RTT Mini-Tube Microphone from AEG-Moscow
This is a limited edition microphone made by AEG in Moscow. Based on the popular Oktava 012 family or heads, it\'s a hand made tube microphone which iscompatiblewith all of your 012 standard heads from Oktava, Red, and MJE
This sale is for one microphone, but there are two available, and the two are a matched pair, but for sale seperately.
This microphoneuses the 6S6Bsubminiaturetube, which is the Russian analog of the famous AC701k tube. As well it uses a vintage AKG T14 type transformer core custom rewound by AEG.
The capsule is acardioid, one sided K67 clone, known as the RTT and AEG M3, theoriginalpremium Oktava upgrade. You can use this capsule on all of your Oktava 012 microphones, and 012 microphones on this tube preamp.
If you see other people selling AEG/RTT microphones and mods for more, keep in mind they are essentially the same microphones but on the second hand market, some people just like to take advantage of their reputation and rarity and resell them at inflated prices. These microphones are better than anything else in this price range, hands down. I am the only authorized internet seller for AEG/RTT microphones and this microphone is being sold directly from AEG.
The power supply enclosure is a modern AEG power supply, hand assembled and wired, and checked twice.

This microphone comes with a 14 day trial period. We\'ve done a bunch of these mods and NO ONE has sent one back or been anything but happy.
