This is an antique Capodimonte porcelain trinket box from Italy. The box is hand-painted with cherubs and gilded with a multi-color finish. It is made of ceramic and porcelain materials. The back of the box reads 31 67 Capodimonte Italy MADE.FOR.BIRKS. There is a small paper label that reads GIUSEPPE CHIURATO MAIOLICHE ARTISTIC ROMA. A portion of the label is missing.
