Fantastic pair of English porcelain figurines, from the Chelsea manufacture, late 18th century. As usual, it represents a couple, a man and a woman, in front of a bush with tiny leaves. The detail is impressive.
Measurement: About 9.5" high x 4.5" wide x 3.5" deep.
In pretty good antique condition, it only has a few tiny chips to leaves. One of the bases has a stain apparently of some cementing material, but it does not cover any visible break. Possibly it was done to add some weight to the bases and give more stability to the pieces, but this is just my imagination. But, please, SEE THE PICTURES, and keep in mind that these are very antique pieces, more than 200 years.
