Coolant manifold and mounting bracket for Tormach CNC PCNC440 Mills.
The supplied mounting bracket allows mounting on these models:PCNC440
*NOTE - this mounting bracket DOES NOT fit the PCNC1100, PCNC770,1100MX, 770MX, 1100M, or 770Mmodels.
- Three flexible segmented spray hoses
- Mounts on right side of spindle
- Includes mounting bolts
- 1/4-NPT inlet on manifold
- Includes 2x 1/4-NPTx3/8inch hose barb fittings for hose hookup
- includes ball valve shutoff.
This manifold is solely intended for PCNC440 model mills.
On PCNC440 models, there are two M6 tapped mounting holes in the underside of the spindle casting.These holes are typically filled with paint and possibly putty at the factory.Clean out the holes and chase the threads with an M6-1.0 tap to provide the mounting point for this bracket.
*** NOTE - You will need to provide a connection to your existing coolant hose.You may connect to either the 1/4-NPT inlet on the manifold or use the 2x 1/4in-NPTx3/8inch hose barbs provided.
