This is from their store lisitngs regarding the paint used: The paint on this item is PERMANENT. Enamel paint was used, which is solely intended forpurpose of painting on glass... it was fired, as instructed by the paint manufacturer, to harden for permanent wear and cleaning.
It stands 3 3/4inches tall and does has the oval Fenton logo on the back right leg
