~ The standard thickness will be 1.5\" (also know as gallery wrap) If you decide to order a stretched canvas.

~ If you purchase a rolled canvas fabric keep in mind that your canvas fabric will include an extra 2.5\" edging. This is a free service for our customers who could either get their fabrics stretched onto a thin (0.75\" or gallery wrap thick (1.5\" stretcher bars. If you are not interested in the excess fabric on the sides or don\'t want to get it strecthed at all, please either send us a message or simply cut the excess fabric with scissors.

~ We issue a 30% restocking fee For all returns. We will issue you a refund minus 30% restocking fee for return items. Also If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

~ Canvas Only — The canvas prints are shipped in secure mailing tubes.~ Canvas With Frame — Framed canvas ships in a corrugated box. We take pride in using the best packing materials out in the market so both parties have a worry-free transaction.

RETURN POLICY

1.Lost Item:If item is not received due to shipping company or seller\'s fault, buyer will get full refund (Item price + Shipping charge) or a replacement upon buyer\'s choice.

2.Damaged Item:If a damaged item is received due to reason of shipping process, weather, buyer shouldseller and provide evidence of damage (a note from the carrier stating the damage and digital photos) within 7 days after receiving the item. Please check the item carefully before you sign your name, be sure to reject the item if damage is obvious to the carton/tube. Buyer will be able to qualify for a full refund (Item price + Shipping charge) or a replacement only if buyer follow the instructions above. Seller has the right to keep the damaged item if it\'s in repairable condition, or buyer can get partial refund if buyer choose to repair the item.

If for any other reason besides the above, customer will be responsible for any return postage.

There is no restocking fee on inventory orders.
