The swivel mounting is distressed and thumb screw doesn't tighten enough to keep the meter from rocking a little. And you can see the bent and scratched parts on the one pivot point side.
The battery doesn't latch great, doesn't make great contact unless you squeeze it tight and then hold your breath.
