Lycoming O-290 engine experimental. Less than 10 hours since major overhaul by Lycon. All parts of the engine are either new or have yellow tags except the accessories. Engine is experimental because the O-290 light flange crankshaft was replaced by a O-290-D2 heavy flange crankshaft, the pistons are the O-290-D2 pistons and has Slick magnetos in place of Bendix magnetos.Cylinders are CermiNil plated,
Engine includes the following accessories; carburetor, Slick magnetos, lightweight starter and alternator, flywheel, oil filter. three port primer system, airbox with filter, oil quick drain. Engine does not include some items shown in the photos such as the baffles, oil cooler and hoses, exhaust system, engine controls, engine mount. engine mount rubbers, crankcase vent tube, electrical wiring or any instrumentation wiring or fuel lines.
Engine is currently installed and operating. It is available for inspection and testing until it sells..
