Listed as used because it is not in pristine condition, But I don\'t think it was ever used. I believe it is a New old stock piece that was just left in storage and shows some conditions. . Check out photos. It was in an old building with tags still on it as seen. It measures about 27\" tall and about 4.5\" wide. Looks to be 12 spokes. The wheel is stamped L419 which is most likely the model number. Not an expert in this field so ask any questions and I will help as best possible.
