SHIPPING
Usually parcel will be shipped out via USPS and China Post, because it will take you much less, we will provide you with the tracking number, you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on it`s website.

What if I receive a defective product?
We will offer you full refunds only the item you received is Broken or defectove product, please return it within 3 days after you received it, and keep it good condition same we sent ,can;t miss any of parts ! After we receive the item, we will give you Full-Refunds or exchange, but we won `t pay return the shipping cost if not our guitar quality question .. If you want do replacement it ,we can send new one to you ,then we will offer shipping lable to you , if you just want replacment parts (if it is parts reason ) ,we can free send the parts to you .Please read the RETURN POLICY before you order it.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed.
