Once the item leaves our facility we have no control over when and how it is delivered. Once you have the tracking number we cannot answer questions as to when an item will be delivered. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund (excluding shipping) with a 15 % restocking fee.
