This is used, working copper granulator system that produces wire to produce clean copper granules from all types of household cable and other wire. The unit will process fine wire and cable. It will process up to 450 pounds of wire an hour.
HOW IT WORKS: The cable is fed directly into the hopper of the machine. The cable is first processed through the granulation system and the resulting granules are transported to a separation until via a blower system. Seperation of metals and plastics takes place on a vibrating dry separator. You put in insulated wire or cable, the granulator processes the wire and separates out the insulation from the copper wire. You can put \"birds nests\" of wire in at one time.
