You are offerding on a vacuum powered milking machine that milks directly into a half gallon jar. Each machine milks two teats at a time, faster than by hand especially if milking small teats. Great for those who don\'t have the strength to milk by hand. Even my children can handle using these machines. Try this milker. If you have any problems with it call me. Vacuum Milker Instructions
Be sure to charge vacuum pump for 12 hours before using. Wash udder and teats. Place lid and ring on jar making sure of good seal. Secure vacuum pump to cup on vinyl tubing. Place teat into teat tube. (teat must be damp to insure good suction) Run vacuum pump while pressing teat tube up into udder until vacuum is formed. Continue to run vacuum pump until milk begins to flow. If teat turns purple, stop running vacuum pump. Vacuum will subside. Run vacuum till milk is flowing nicely through line, stop vacuum till flow slows turn vacuum on again, repeat. When the udder is empty and milk stops coming out of teat, gently pull down on teat tube to strip out the last milk. To release suction, reach above teat tube and push in on teat to let air into tube. Warning !!! Do not let jar get to full and milk go up vacuum tubing. If the vacuum pump sucks in milk it will be ruined. Also, do not get water in the vacuum pump when cleaning. Cleaning milker (clean before first use) Put lid back on jar and run the vacuum pump to draw bleach water through the teat tube and line. Take vacuum pump off line and lid off jar and run hot rinse water through both tubing lines. Do not leave any trace of milk in lines or on lid it will sour and ruin milker. Sanitize jar.
