- Produced by Gurley Novelty Co. of Buffalo, NY, circa 1960’s
- Retains great neon colors and molding
- Missing candle on reverse that shines through yellow window, easily replaced with 1/2” candle
- No label on base, doubt it ever had one, sold in a box
- Measures 7” tall x 5” wide
- Wear consistent with age: some surface scratches; slight melt on hat brim; messy smile on face; missing candle on reverse
