Light weight cotton has little stretch. Best fit likely sizes 10, 12, and 14. Shoulder to shoulder is 16 1/2 inches, chest is 42 inches, waist is 38 inches, and hips are 42 inches. Inseam is 7 inches, and shoulder to hem is 34 inches long.
