Special Fragile Handling Fees: As of May 30th 2015 - the USPS added a new service for Special Handling of Fragile Items - these items are hand sorted and not placed on a conveyor belt. There is a $10.85 fee for Special Handling. Marking \"Fragile\" on a box will not give it special handling any longer. If you would like your item hand sorted please email me as this fee will be added to your invoice.
Returns and Refunds: If an item is unsatisfactory - please revisit the listing description first, then please email me. We may be able to work out an agreeable compromise to a return. You may be able to complete the returnusing \'s return process. Purchase price is refundable. The packaging and costs of return shippingare the buyers responsibility. Shipping fees and transaction fees are nonrefundable. If an item is damaged in transit - please contact USPS or UPS to file your claim.
Shipping Time: I will ship your item as soon as I am able to get it safely packaged and to the UPS station or Post Office. Generally items are shipped within 2 days of payment. Occasionally, if your item is a consignment item I need to pick up OR needs additional packing materials for safety it may take up to 5 days to ship out.
