This item is missing part of the chains for the horses there is only one horse that has the chains. This item was broken and cracked and put together by The Carriage area please look closely at pictures for discrepancies it's put back together pretty decently it was acquired like this. Otherwise there might be some small little areas by the flowers that's missing some of the paint but there are no other major cracks it's a very nice piece
