I believe this came from an old ice cream shop here in Utah that is now long out of business. As you can see from the pictures, it has \"RUSS\" stamped on the front and embossed on the bottom it has \"7953-C\". Overall I would say it is in very good condition for the age, but there is some minor pitting of the chrome. All the handles do turn freely. The tip of the center tap is broken off. It is big and heavy and solid. It weighs about 24 lbs and the dimensions are about 15 inches tall by 16 inches wide by 13 inches deep.
