I can move the balance wheel enough so that it made the minute hand move. Face is marked Tiger 17 jewels incabloc waterproof, screw-on back marked waterproof, anti-magnetic and No. 11136, movement is pretty clean overall, face has some age tanning and wear marks, hands have some discoloring, and plastic crystal has a lot of wear. Back is stainless with quite a bit of wear and main case also has a lot of wear and loss of finish but lugs intact. Measures 39mm tall lug to lug.
