This is a vintage taxidermy fish mount. I believe the Fish is a Crappie. I know it is not a reproduction because I caught this fish 30 years ago. I remember laughing at the name my stepdad called it. The amount has some wear and scuffs and is missing a fin on the bottom I believe. It could be fixed and cleaned up. The fish is about 17 inches long and 5 inches tall. It’s roughly 3.5 inches wide including the bracket. Everything else is still intact and the scales are visible. The eyes look great. This fish was caught in Maryland in the Potomac.
