Vtg. Capodimonte Italy Porcelain Green & Gold Garden of Eden Centerpiece Bowl
Beautifully Decorative Vintage Capodimonte Italy Porcelain Green and Gold Gilt Centerpiece Bowl. Marked \"243 Capodimante Italy\" on the bottom, this porcelain hand painted centerpiece bowl is gorgeous with its dark green body, with 4 panels of 3D relief scenes with cherubs depicted Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Bright white basket lattice design between each panel all surrounded by gold trim and gold leaf design. The lid follows the pattern of the bowl with a decorative gold swirl handle. The bottom is a round gold trimmed footed base.
This piece measures 6 1/2\" high x 8 1/4\" wide and is in good pre-owned condition. There is a minor crack on the lid on the corner of one basket lattice and a little chip on the inside rim that can\'t be seen when the lid is on. The paint and gold trim is still nice and vibrant and showing no crazing. Please see all pictures for condition. You can see the craftsmanship in this piece and would look gorgeous on any dining room table or beautiful on display in any china cabinet.
Vintage and antique items have been loved and used by the previous owner so please expect for there to be some imperfections. If there are any major imperfections such as age cracks, rust, chips, etc I will do my best to list them. I will combine shipping if you buy multiple items when I can.
