The MAC 4100 arrived as described. Ken is a top-shelf Ebay seller. The shipping was very fast. In terms of packaging a 50-pound receiver for shipping practically across the country, one could not ask for a better job. The packaging was confidence-inspiring and it is obvious that Ken understands (and cares about) how to protect a large, bulky, and delicate unit for transportation. Ken refurbished the receiver himself which makes it that much more enjoyable for me as the buyer. Five stars.
