Box arrived with a big hole in it. The glass was supposed to be “broken” but glass sand is pouring out the bottom. I ordered 3 orders of 10 lbs. I weighed the box inside another box to prevent spillage and it weighs 28 pounds including the double box and packaging. Very disappointed!!

The package arrived more than two weeks late. It had been opened and searched. The glass was slightly damaged, but was still useable. The description was accurate. I would buy from this seller again, IF he or she could package the glass more securely and ensure that the PO could process the package more quickly and securely. I would feel better if the seller had responded to questions anout the delivery. Perhaps a labelling issue?
