Took way too long to deliver. The part was supposedly only an hour away from me in Elk Grove but Ordered on the April 23rd and delivered on May 6th. That's not expedited shipping. The face plate on it was cracked but still worked. When I checked on delivery then I got notice that the seller was away and couldn't respond. Overall just really disappointed with communication and delivery. I had a machine down the whole time. I even asked if I could just pick it up but was told that I couldn't.
