Custom USA Made Hinge Replacement, Redesigned for Strength | Wider Neck, Thicker Base, Shorter Load Arm | Left Hand Lower Door | Fits 631366, 631030, 631031
Made in USACustom Manufactured 20% Wider NeckFactory Failure Point 50% Thicker BaseAdded Support 35% Shorter ArmReduced Load Leverage Our strongest hinge yet. Built to fix the exact spot where the original factory hinge cracks, this second generation design is wider, thicker, and shorter where it counts most, cutting the leverage that breaks the factory hinge. Fits the left hand lower door on compatible Norcold refrigerators.
- Neck is 20% wider than our original design for more material at the failure point
- Base is 50% thicker for a stronger mount
- Load arm is 35% shorter, cutting the leverage that snaps the factory part
- Grain runs perpendicular to the fracture plane so load passes through the material, not along it, unlike competing hinges that run their grain the weak way
- High quality, durable construction built for the RV refrigerator door environment
- Fits 631366, 631030, and 631031
- Custom manufactured in the United States
- Backed by a 1 year warranty
