Installation note: The key when installing these valve stems is to be willing to make minor adjustments (to avoid valve stem contact with the braking drum/caliper while the wheel spins --- if necessary). Rarely, but occasionally extra attention is necessary IF the stem rub/touches drum/caliper) whatsoever. Simply use a light hammer tapping, slightly bending the valve stem to gain full clearance (away) from the braking system (it's a tight space). The metal is soft enough to slightly adjust. 99% of customers don’t have any issues with clearance but this information could be helpful to the novice installer on these vintage cars (this advice is taken from online vintage Cadillac advice forums).
