This is a vintage Mid Century padfolio made by HartmannCover and inner pockets are natural belting leatherAll stitching is intact...no rips, cuts or repairs to the leatherCover has some minor scuffs, scrapes...all of which I would expect to see on an item of this age and useThere are a few very minor "water spots" on the cover and some minor blemishes...nothing significantInside...there are some scuffs and scrapes to the "backer panel" (see pics)Some pen marks along right inner edge that would be next to the paper pad when inserted (see pics)Inner card pockets are all intact along with outer edge pen/pencil holder loop and spine pen/pencil holder pocketHolds a standard 8 1/2" x 11 3/4" paper padPadfolio measures 12 1/2" x 10"Overall this is in excellent conditionEmbossed on the front cover...top right corner with the "lower case" h for Hartmannand inside front cover....below card holder pockets...embossed with hartmannLeather is soft and supple....it has been treated with a leather conditioner to maintain its condition
