This is an authentic 1880s-1900s French Fireman Jacket, crafted from rare indigo-dyed herringbone woven fabric (Metis/Linen blend with a distinct bouncy texture).

This jacket has been a prized piece of my personal collection since I purchased it back in 2015 from the renowned Japanese vintage shop \"calme\". For over 10 years, it has been meticulously stored in a strictly temperature and humidity-controlled, smoke-free environment. This is NOT a modern replica or a recently found, neglected vintage item.
