This lot consists of two (2) Corgi Tramlines diecast models depicting vintage British trams.
- Model #C993/1 is of a Portsmouth Corp tram, closed top, featuring Brickwoods Ales advertising. Copyright date on the box is 1986.
- Model #D991/6 is a Croyden Tramways tram, open top, displaying Lipton\'s Tea advertising. Copyright date 1989.
Both were purchased new in 1990 and have been in my collection ever since. The models are attached to plastic \"street-like\" display stands with cardboard diorama backing depicting the cities in which they operated. Never played with, they are in mint condition.
At over 35 years old, it is amazing to find toys like this in untouched condition. The only reason these are not listed as New is because the boxes are both a bit \"shopworn\" (they were that way when I got them), with a couple of frayed/torn flaps and a few creases, but still very displayable.
