Items must be returned within 30 days of the sale ending

Additional Information: PROCAM RETURN POLICY Items purchased from PROCAM online or in-store can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original sales receipt for refund or exchange. You may return unopened / unused items within 14 days for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Any returned items that have been opened and/or used are subject to a 15% restocking fee, No Exceptions.
Items sent back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection. Any products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Any returns without all original packaging, cables, accessories, manuals and documentation will be rejected.
PROCAM reserves the right to reject any return at our discretion. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange if we believe the items are intentionally used, damaged or misused.
