1 set comes as pictured with 4 pieces! Between the pieces, when installed, there should be a 1/2"-5/8 gap to weld to the frame in between the pieces.

2003-2008 Dodge Ram Frame repair for rusted out frames. This is the rearward center section right at the bend of the frame next to fuel tank that commonly rust out and leave your frame unrepairable. There are no other options out there. I finally decided to break out fusion 360 and create a solution. Attached in the pictures are my own truck and how these panels fit.
Made of 3/16" mild steel. You will have to grind the mill scale coating off where your going to weld, its on there to prevent rust while it sits on the shelf.
They will be shipped flat to you with instructions easily explaining what needs to be done with pictures included. If you bend the ears one way, it will be for driver side, if you bend them opposite it will be for passenger side. They are mirror image. You will need to grind your frame minimally to get the best fit possible. When you bend them correctly they will slide up and stay by themselves for you or your welder to install.
WELDING KNOWLEDGE AND WELDER NEEDED FOR THIS JOB. Seems obvious but it needs to be said. Please follow the instructions properly and it will come out awesome.

All pieces designed on fusion 360 and have gone through multiple revisions to be perfect, and then they were cut on a plasma table for precise cuts. This will fit perfectly on a crew cab long bed. I have plenty in stock on the shelf right now but i will add extras on the quantity and will be made to order once i finish my stock in house. I will do my best to keep them on hand and updated, but please give me 3-4 days to ship out if i dont have any on hand. Hoping to save some dodge frames out there and an easy solution for welders to get a job done quick and easy.
