Exoto 1964 Chev. Corvette Grand Sport race car #2 driven by Foyt / Cannon Sebring 13 Hour. Hard to Find. The original car Chassis #3 of 5 built experienced mechanic problems during qualifying and had to start in 62 nd position. Foyt put on a great show by passing 50 cars in the first lap. They ran in the top 10 for nine hours and ran as high as 8th overall. A lost wheel and a pit accident doomed the car to 27th place and 3rd in class to the Penske / Hall Grand Sport. But, nobody who saw the first lap will ever forget it. I sure will not. Light paint touch up on Drivers side front bumper. See Photos. Displays well and a great value for this rare car.
