Live Plants Notice - Each plant is unique! Because these are live products, the actual item you receive may vary slightly in size, shape, or appearance from the photos shown. Rest assured, all plants are healthy and carefully selected.
Shipping Method - All plants are shipped bare root (without soil) unless otherwise stated in the product description. This helps reduce weight and shipping costs while keeping the plant healthy during transit.
Shipping Schedule - To prevent plants from sitting in postal facilities over the weekend, I ship orders Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed later in the week will ship the following Monday.
U.S. Shipping Only - At this time, I do not ship internationally due to lengthy customs delays that can jeopardize the health of live plants.
Damaged or Lost Shipments - I primarily ship via USPS. While rare, boxes may occasionally be delayed, mishandled, or damaged during transit. If this happens, please reach out right away—I will do my best to help resolve the situation.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy - If your plant does not survive shipping, please send a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery. This helps me verify the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
Please note: once the plant has arrived safely, its continued health depends on the care it receives. I cannot guarantee the condition of plants after the first 24 hours.
