Its dosage is a drop in a little water, or in a cup of tea, juice, milk, or even easier to take a drop of oregano oil into a spoonful of olive oil 2-3 times a day.
For long-term use is recommended to take intervals of 15 days with a one-week pause.Not recommended during pregnancy.Must not consumed by children, it is only inhaled.
