100% Whole Grain Hard White Wheat Bread Flour ( 6.33 lbs ) - Family Farm Direct For Sale

HARD WHITE WHEAT 100% Whole Grain wheat flour from our farm. 6.33 pounds is 26% more than your typical 5 pound bag! We plant, grow, harvest, grind and ship our own wheat directly from our 3rd generation family farm in the foothills of Eastern Oregon. No middlemen or fulfillment services. We grow different types of wheat, and this flour specifically comes from our Hard White Wheat. It has a protein content of 13% and is great for making bread and other recipes requiring yeast. Our Hard White wheat has a smooth flavor that is amenable to many different recipes. My wife uses this as her whole grain \"all purpose\" flour. This flour is a fine grind, with minimal grit compared to our Hard Red variety. Our family has eaten many hundreds of pounds of our own wheat, so we know its good! Like all truly whole grain flour the shelf life is shorter. This flour is best if used within 3 months when stored at room temperature, 6+ months in the refrigerator, and can be kept for over a year in the freezer. We grind this flour in small batches and keep at cool or frozen until shipping to assure freshness and shelf life. Comes in a heat sealed stand up bag that is resealable for your convenience. Like all wheat grown in the U.S.A. ours is non-GMO. Grown without the use of desiccants. Please contact us if you have any questions. Order two or more and save!
