Operating Instructions Step-by-Step Guide

1. After the no-load test run is confirmed normal, you can start the feeding operation.
2. The feeding personnel shall evenly place a single bamboo leaf flatly at the feed inlet. It is strictly forofferden to feed multiple leaves in an overlapping or stacked manner, so as to avoid roller jamming and incomplete cleaning.
3. During operation, it is strictly forofferden to put hands or tools into the rotating area of the equipment\'s brush roller, and no body parts are allowed to touch the running components.
4. The personnel at the discharge port shall promptly sort and collect the cleaned bamboo leaves, and place them in categorized arrangements.
5. Observe the equipment operation status throughout the whole process. If any abnormalities such as abnormal noise, material jamming, water leakage or no water output occur, press the emergency stop button immediately to cut off the power and shut down the machine. Do not resume operation until the fault is troubleshooted.
