FAQ:
Are these plug and play? Yes, they will function but the mileage will flash until the dealership aligns the proxy. You may also get error warnings if your car has different equipment than the donor car.
How much is it to align the proxy at the dealer? This widely varies, best to ask your local dealer. I have heard from free (if you are getting other services done) to 1 hour and also 2 hours labor.
Will I do any damage to the car with it flashing in the meantime? No
Is the mileage stored in the cluster or in the ECU (Engine Computer)? Stored and stays in cluster.
Do you guys program mileages? YES! It will be +/- 20 miles from requested. We cannot get the exact mile.
What is the return policy? We offer a 30-day EXCHANGE. We do not offer refunds on electrical items.
What else do I need for the swap? You will need a 4 button switch for your steering wheel to access all features of the display. Part# 68140293AB. About $30-$50 online.
What condition are they in? These widely varies but most all of our clusters are in good condition. If there are any major scratches or damage we will let buyer know before shipping cluster.
I found a cheaper cluster on will you guys price match? No, we offer a service of getting mileage close to yours. You can find clusters cheaper but your mileage will most likely be way off. You are paying for our service along with the part.
