A wonderful vintage collection of 15 miniature Merrimack Publishing books, arranged as three complete five-book sets and accompanied by their three original clear Merrimack storage cases.
These tiny books are fully printed and readable, with colorful period cover artwork and illustrated interiors. Merrimack produced them as miniature reproductions of earlier children’s books, with examples inside specifically stating “This Book is a Replica of the Antique Original.”
The collection dates primarily from the late 1970s to early 1980s and was printed in Hong Kong for Merrimack Publishing Corporation of New York.
