Offered is a genuine 1794 United States Large Cent featuring the Flowing Hair design and lettered edge.The coin has been examined closely for variety attribution and appears to have characteristics consistent with a possible Sheldon-59 (S-59). However, I am not representing the S-59 attribution as professionally verified, so please review all photos carefully and make your own determination. The coin flip says s-47 however after review, it is believe to be a s-59 variety. Please review images carefully. The coin exhibits significant age-related surface porosity/corrosion, wear, and dark patina, with several areas of weakness and surface roughness. Despite the condition, much of the major design and lettering remains visible, including portions of the date, legends, reverse design, and lettered edge.Condition: Approximately F-15 Details, in my opinion, due to the surface issues. This is an ungraded/raw coin and has not been certified by PCGS, NGC, ANACS, or another grading service.Please examine all photographs carefully.
