An 1872 antique invoice from WM. H. CORE, Patent Show Case and Silver Sash Manufacturer, located at 133 Chatham, corner of Pearl Street, New York City. Measuring approximately 4.5 x 8.5 inches, this piece features an attractive engraved vignette of the company’s factory building, prominently advertising “First Premium Show Case Manufactory” and established 1858.

Dated August 16, 1872, and made out to Mrs. Grover Barnes Park, this invoice records the sale of one-half white metal case (likely a display or showcase component), totaling $24.00 — a substantial amount for the period.

  • 133 Chatham, Cor. Pearl St., New York
