The embossed front cover board is fully detached. The spine has completely deteriorated, with almost all original leather tracking gone.Internally, the text block is surprisingly sound and clean. All textual pages, engravings, and color inserts are firmly bound together, with the exception of the very first couple of blank preliminary pages which have come loose but are safely laid in place. There are no missing text pages.The family pages are unwritten with the exception of one small pencil entry in the photo/marriage window frame.
