PCGS says they detect signs of cleaning; it must be a very old cleaning since the coin is also clearly toned / tarnished.
A good strike for a New Orleans coin of this vintage.
Of course, \'93 and \'94 Morgans tend to be some of the rarer coins in the series, due to a financial collapse and economic depression in the days when there was absolutely no \'safety net\' in place for anyone. The panic was so extreme that there was very little demand for dollars. The next year (1895) the mint in Philadelphia released a grand total of zero silver dollars.
Bowers is not particularly kind to the \'94-O:\"Mint state examples of the 1894-O are often wretched in appearance. A great deal of searching will be needed to find an example that is decent of above average (but not sharp) in striking quality and with attractive luster.\"
