An original handwritten certificate remains with the book, documenting its 1911 purchase and offering consultation with veterinarian Dr. W.C. Fair. The certificate is loose and will be included.
This copy has considerable age and binding wear. Several front pages are loose or separated, and the front hinge is cracked. Pages remain generally readable, but the book is sold as a collectible reference/decorative item in as-found condition. Completeness has not been verified.
