1917-C Newfoundland 10 Cents silver coin featuring King George V.
This coin was issued by the Dominion of Newfoundland decades before Newfoundland joined Canada in 1949. The reverse shows the denomination and date, with the small “C” mintmark visible below the date.
The coin is 92.5% silver (sterling silver) and is a desirable early Newfoundland issue.
Condition is circulated with noticeable wear, toning/discoloration, and age-related surface marks. The major design elements, date, lettering, and mintmark remain visible. Please review all photos carefully as they form an important part of the condition description.
The coin has not been cleaned by me.
