1932-1934 Ford B Zenith Carburetor. These are a common upgrade for a Model A as they flow a little better than a stock A carb.
It looks to be in good condition. The threads are all good. The choke, throttle and GAV all move as they should. The throttle shaft has just the slightest bit of play but should be fine to use as it is. The float looks like it may have a repair on the bottom as shown.
