Up for sale is an extremely scarce error 1935-E $1 Silver Certificate. The irony of this is that Star Notes themselves are replacements for error or defective notes pulled by the BEP. To find an error Star Note that escaped detection and was issued is a tiny fraction of the population. This note was miscut with no top margin, it was cut right at the edge of the design. The bottom sheet marker is visible.
This note is a very early serial for a 1935-E, the 18 subject 1935-D notes began the *D block. It is also a nice Liar\'s Poker note with a Full House of three 0\'s and a pair of 8\'s. All in all a very interesting note!
It grades around a nice Fine in my opinion with even circulation and a couple little margin tears. Please check pics and judge condition for yourself. Thanks for looking and have a great day!!!
