Antique Dutch 2nd-standard silver pierced egg serving spoon / egg server, retailed by the prestigious Amsterdam firm A. Bonebakker & Zoon and made by D. van Outvorst Jr. & Zoon.Approximately 7 inches long and weighs 42 grams.
The handle bears a full group of Dutch silver hallmarks, including:
- A. BONEBAKKER & ZOON retailer\'s mark
- DvO & Zn maker\'s mark for D. van Outvorst Jr. & Zoon of Amsterdam
- Dutch Lion 2nd-standard silver mark (.833 fineness)
- Minerva head with A, indicating the Amsterdam assay office
- F date letter, dating the piece to 1940.
